Our Sales team

Zach started working part-time with his father shortly after Chuck founded the company in 2000. He eventually came on board full-time in 2003, working both outside and inside sales. Since Chuck's passing in 2021, Zach has taken the helm and continues to lead CWA today. 

  Jim joined CWA full-time to help his father-in-law, Chuck, in 2002, having previously held various sales and marketing roles in the electrical industry. Since then, he has been an integral part of CWA in both inside and outside sales, where he continues to excel today.  

 Joe started with CWA in 2022 after having spent his professional career in sales and operations leadership roles. His primary focus is on providing excellent inside sales service to all of our distributor partners.

 Rob spent much of his younger career in sales and marketing for the electric utility industry. He met Zach at a poker table many years ago and they became friends.  In 2024, Rob decided to join CWA's team to provide outstanding inside and outside sales service.

Austin has spent most of his professional career in the luxury audio/video      industry with experience in both field installation and distribution sales. In 2026 he joined CWA’s team to assist in providing excellent  inside and outside sales service, as well as IT support.
